  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Bell peppers, snap peas, or broccoli
  • Optional: Cooked rice or noodles
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes
