4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup apple cider
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
Preheat your oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a cupcake tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set this mixture aside.
Beat the butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Add eggs: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring they are well incorporated each time.
Add the apple cider: Mix in the apple cider until the batter is smooth and combined.
Combine the mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
Fill cupcake liners: Pour or scoop the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
