2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Steam or microwave the chopped broccoli until just tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain any excess moisture and let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls about the size of a golf ball. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the broccoli cheese balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
