1 pound Ground Chicken
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 large Egg
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Marinara Sauce for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
Wet your hands with a little water or oil, then shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a greased baking sheet or a parchment-lined tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
While the meatballs bake, warm your marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and serve with the warm marinara sauce on the side.
