  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • Marinara Sauce for serving

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  • Wet your hands with a little water or oil, then shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a greased baking sheet or a parchment-lined tray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
