Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
