1 pound beef flank steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 bell peppers (red and green)
1 medium onion

8 flour tortillas
Instructions
Firstly, prepare the flank steak. Slice it against the grain into thin strips.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Add the flank steak, ensuring that every piece is coated in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
While the beef is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onions into thin strips. Set them aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until brown, flipping halfway through.
