1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 slices of Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slider buns
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Optional: Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives)
Special Garnishes: Microgreens, Extra caramelized onions
Instructions
Start the onions: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Let them cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for about 20-30 minutes until they turn golden brown and caramelized.
Prepare the beef: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form them into patties. Make a slight dip in the center of each patty to keep them flat as they cook. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
