2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 slider buns
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
Trim any excess fat from the beef tenderloin and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and rosemary to infuse the oil for about 30 seconds, then sear the beef for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer the beef to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until it reaches medium-rare doneness (130°F or 54°C).
Let the beef rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Slice the beef thinly against the grain, cut the slider buns in half, and spread the horseradish aioli on each half, layering with sliced beef and optional garnishes.
