Description

Savor beef tenderloin sliders paired with zesty horseradish aioli. Perfect for gatherings, these sliders offer a delicious taste sensation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of beef tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Instructions

  • Trim any excess fat from the beef tenderloin and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and rosemary to infuse the oil for about 30 seconds, then sear the beef for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Transfer the beef to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until it reaches medium-rare doneness (130°F or 54°C).
  • Let the beef rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Slice the beef thinly against the grain, cut the slider buns in half, and spread the horseradish aioli on each half, layering with sliced beef and optional garnishes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
