  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 12 jalapenos
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In an oven-safe skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft (about 5 minutes). Then stir in chopped jalapenos for another 2 minutes.
