Instructions
If you’re using canned black-eyed peas, drain and rinse them under cold water. If you’re using dried peas, soak them overnight and cook them until tender.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked black-eyed peas with Greek yogurt, sour cream, and lime juice. Mash until a mix of chunky and smooth consistency is achieved.
Add chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and jalapeño (if using). Mix well, season with salt and pepper, and adjust to taste.
