  • Instructions

  • Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Marinade the chicken in this mixture for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • While the chicken marinates, clean and slice the mushrooms. Set them aside.
