Stir to combine and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally.Once boiling, stir in the pectin and keep it at a steady boil for 1-2 minutes while stirring constantly.To check if your jam is ready, dribble a bit onto a cold plate and place it in the freezer for a minute.Carefully ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving about ¼-inch headspace at the top.Let the jars sit at room temperature for about 24 hours to properly seal.
