  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for streusel)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners or spray with non-stick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  • In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup flour, ¼ cup brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  • Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full. Sprinkle the streusel topping on each muffin.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
