1 pound of shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
½ cup of Buffalo sauce (adjust to your taste)
½ cup of ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing, if preferred)
8 slider buns (soft and fluffy)
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack are excellent choices)
Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, diced onions, or pickles
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place them, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Pop them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted.
Spread a generous amount of ranch or blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each slider bun. Next, spoon the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly onto each bun. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce.
Place the top halves of the buns on each slider. You can optionally brush some melted butter on the tops for extra flavor. Return the assembled sliders to the oven for another 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese and heat everything through.
Once they’re done, take them out of the oven, let them cool for a minute, and serve immediately.
