2 cups of mashed potatoes
1 cup of sweet corn (canned or frozen)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Optional spices: cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
Chopped fresh herbs: parsley or chives

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare 2 cups of mashed potatoes.
