1 cup enchilada sauce

4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Stir in the enchilada sauce until the beef is coated and let simmer for a few minutes.
Assemble the enchiritos by spooning the beef mixture into a tortilla, sprinkling cheese, and rolling tightly.
Place in a greased baking dish seam-side down, pour remaining sauce on top, and sprinkle with cheese.
