  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package of stuffing mix (about 12 ounces)
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (like peas and carrots)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Mushrooms, spinach, shredded cheese, hot sauce

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • If you haven’t done so, cook and shred your chicken.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic and onion powders. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the stuffing mix and mixed vegetables. Ensure the stuffing is evenly moistened.
  • Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned.
