3 cups Fresh Spinach, roughly chopped
8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Sliced Sun-Dried Tomatoes (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, ensuring an even coating.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
