  • Fresh Basil Leaves, for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, ensuring an even coating.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
