  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and eggs until smooth. Add in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
  • Layer half of the green chiles in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chiles, then sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining chiles and cream cheese mixture, finishing with the last cup of shredded cheese on top.
