Instructions

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili powder, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
  • Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
