Instructions

- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Scoop out tablespoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Gently press down in the center of each ball to create a well for the jam.
- Spoon a small amount of jam or ganache into each well.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
