  • Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk them together to ensure even distribution.
  • Prepare the wet mixture: In another bowl, mix the grated zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  • Combine mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
