- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Optional: Chopped nuts, Sautéed bell peppers
- Special garnishes: Fresh parsley, Orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Start by preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper til just combined.
- Form the meatballs: Roll the mixture into about 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes: Bake the meatballs until they’re browned and cooked through.
- Prepare the sauce: While the meatballs are baking, mix the cranberry sauce and soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Toss them in the sauce: Once the meatballs are done, gently toss them in the warm cranberry sauce until coated.
- Serve and enjoy: Transfer the glazed meatballs to a serving platter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
