20 large mushrooms
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Optional: Chopped fresh parsley
Optional: Sliced jalapeños

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and chop them finely.
In a bowl with the chopped mushroom stems, add the softened cream cheese, crumbled sausage, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Serve warm with garnishes of fresh parsley or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
