- 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8-count)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup milk (or any alternative)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (adjust for thickness)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, chopped nuts, syrups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into four pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Gently add the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture and carefully toss to coat them evenly.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and place the coated cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the dish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bites are puffed up and golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once baked, drizzle the glaze over the bites and serve warm.
