  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter, and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.
  • Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
