1 ½ cups of granulated sugar
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of butter
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ cup of cotton candy, crushed into small pieces
Food coloring (pink, blue, or your favorite colors)
Instructions
Prepare Your Equipment: Gather a saucepan, a wooden spoon or spatula, a square baking pan (9×9 inches), and parchment paper.
Combine the Ingredients: In your saucepan, mix granulated sugar, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt. Turn the heat to medium and stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil (about 5 minutes).
Stir in the Flavor: Remove the saucepan from heat, stir in vanilla extract and half of the crushed cotton candy. Add food coloring if desired.
Pour and Set: Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the remaining crushed cotton candy on top.
