1 pound Crab Meat
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Green Onions, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hot Sauce (optional)
Lemon Zest (optional)
Chopped Fresh Herbs (optional)
Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, green onion, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into balls, then roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the crab bombs, leaving space between them.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through. For fried, heat oil and fry each bomb for 3-4 minutes.
Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, alongside dipping sauces.
