  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the sweet potatoes and prick them with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  • Combine cranberries, diced apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • After baking, cut sweet potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh.
