  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
