Instructions
- Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
