1.5 pounds chicken thighs or breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
8 ounces pasta (optional)
Instructions
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear each side until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Lower the heat to medium, add minced garlic to the same skillet, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
