  • Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  • Add water and oil: Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a rough dough forms.
  • Knead the dough: Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  • First rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a towel. Let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Prepare the pan: Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Shape the dough: Punch down the dough, transfer it to the prepared baking sheet, and stretch to fit.
  • Add garlic & cheese: Sprinkle minced garlic and grated Parmesan over the dough.
  • Second rise: Cover the pan and let it rise for 30–45 minutes, preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Bake the focaccia: Drizzle olive oil on top, sprinkle sea salt, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool & serve: Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
