Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a pie dish or ovenproof skillet with a bit of oil or cooking spray.
- Slice your tomatoes thinly and lay them on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture while you prepare the other ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and mayonnaise until smooth.

- Layer the tomatoes in the greased pie dish, overlapping them slightly to create an appealing arrangement.
