- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Pie Crust (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until soft and fragrant, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and sausage to the skillet and cook until well browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the meat and cheese mixture into the egg mixture.
- Roll out your pie crust into a pie dish. Pour the meat mixture into the crust.
