2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup apples, diced (preferably Granny Smith or Fuji)
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup plain yogurt (or mayo)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine your shredded chicken, diced apples, grapes, celery, and toasted walnuts. Feel free to add a sprinkle of salt and pepper at this stage for flavor.
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt (or mayo) and lemon juice. This will be your dressing.
