8 ounces of your favorite pasta
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute, stirring to prevent burning.
Add the chopped bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Drain the cooked pasta, reserving a little of the pasta water. Add the pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. If dry, add a splash of reserved water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
