Savor easy spicy Deviled Chicken Thighs This delicious recipe packs a flavorful punch for a quick weeknight dinner Perfect for any palate
Ingredients
Scale
4–6 bone-in chicken thighs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons hot sauce (or to taste)
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until completely combined.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, making sure each piece is generously coated with the marinade. For best results, let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased cast-iron skillet. Leave space between each thigh for even cooking.
Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs or your choice of garnishes.
