2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon chili sauce (Sriracha or your favorite)
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar

Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until the chicken is coated. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the chili sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Heat Up the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
