1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 cup whipped topping

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until crumbly. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
Pop it in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Allow it to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat together until smooth.
Stir in the pistachio pudding mix until well blended.
Gradually add milk to the mixture and stir until combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is combined.
Spread the pistachio mixture over the cooled crust, smoothing it out evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
