3 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are nicely blended and sticky.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
With your hands, shape the coconut mixture into small tails, roughly 2 inches long and 1 inch wide, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tails are lightly golden. Keep a close eye on them to prevent over-browning.
Allow the coconut tails to cool completely on the baking sheet.
While the tails cool, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
Once the tails are cooled, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
Place the chocolate-coated tails back on the parchment paper and immediately add any garnishes or decorations.
Let the chocolate set completely, either at room temperature or in the fridge for faster results.
