Ingredients

  • Fresh Figs (about 12)
  • Goat Cheese (4 oz)
  • Baguette (1 loaf)
  • Balsamic Reduction (2 tbsp)
  • Fresh Thyme (1 tsp, chopped)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Optional Additions: red pepper flakes, feta cheese, honey
  • Special Garnishes: fresh basil or mint, microgreens

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice your baguette into 1/2 inch slices and lay them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake the sliced baguette in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp.
