1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt

Chopped herbs (optional)
Grated cheese (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Coarse sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. If you decided to add a sweetener, toss it in. Spoon in your Greek yogurt and mix until it becomes a shaggy dough.
Lightly flour your countertop and transfer the dough onto the surface. Divide the dough into equal sections (about 6-8 pieces). Roll each piece into a long rope, joining the ends to form a bagel.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Carefully drop the bagels into the boiling water, boiling for about 30 seconds on each side.
