2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions
Prep the Steaks: Pull the ribeyes from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking. Let them come to room temperature and season with salt and black pepper.
