  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Melt ¼ cup of butter and pour it over the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and toss until well coated.
