2 cups Potatoes, diced

Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cutting your beef into bite-sized pieces and dicing your potatoes. Mince the garlic and set everything aside.
Cook the Potatoes: In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and crispy, about 10–12 minutes.
