4 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
Season the Steak: Let the steaks rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes and season generously with salt and pepper.
Sear It: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the steaks, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
