  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the crushed ginger snap cookies, melted butter, and brown sugar until resembling wet sand. Press evenly into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sour cream until smooth.
