  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and the molasses until combined.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mix.
  • In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out cookie dough. Create a small well in the center of each ball and fill with a teaspoon of the cheesecake mixture.
