  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Bell peppers or onions (optional)

  • Lemon wedges (for garnish)
  • Pickled vegetables (for garnish)

  • Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  • Prepare the tzatziki by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and refrigerate.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
